In particular, she leads international multidisciplinary teams to understand how climate change affects lake ice cover, water temperatures, water quality, and fish communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With the help of graduate students funded by the GEN-FISH program, Dr. Sharma will be able to characterize fish community composition between historical and contemporary time periods for 500 lakes and rivers in Canada.
