CRI Genomics<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\nDr. Pavey leads CRI Genomics, a state-of-the-art lab that uses modern genomics techniques to address ecological questions. Projects fall into four broad categories; population genomics, transcriptomics, ecology of microbiomes, and environmental DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Pavey will supervise graduate students and coordinate fieldwork to extend the GEN-FISH work to New Brunswick. In particular, he will help to validate the stress-response transcriptional profiling chip and also develop advanced eDNA methods.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
